Operate and maintain converting machinery
Set up and adjust machine settings for optimal performance
Monitor machines to detect defects and troubleshoot issues
Perform routine maintenance and part replacements
Conduct quality checks on finished products
Follow safety procedures and keep accurate production recordsYou’ll Need:
Previous manufacturing experience
Experience operating machinery
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good communication skills
