Marketing Manager – Corby
Salary: £32,000–£38,000 + excellent benefits
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
We’re looking for a creative, strategic Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a growing brand and lead all marketing activity. If you love combining big ideas with data-driven thinking, this role is for you.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging digital content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & more (TikTok a bonus)
Manage website updates, blogs and SEO strategy
Own brand identity, social calendars, events and internal comms
Produce high-impact campaigns, email marketing and sales materials
Lead PR, award submissions and lead-generation activity
Track and report on marketing performance & ROI
Manage marketing budget and drive continuous improvement
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Proven Marketing Manager (or similar) experience
Strong social media, digital, CRM & website management skills
WordPress experience desirable
Creative, organised, analytical and confident managing multiple projects
