We’re hiring an experienced Lead Packer or someone with supervisory skills to ensure accurate product packing in accordance with specifications. This dynamic role demands attention to detail, effective communication, and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records using the computer-based system.
- Record pallets, bad products, part pallets, and weight check data.
- Pack products to specified standards.
- Ensure adherence to packing specifications.
- Regularly inspect products for quality.
- Notify relevant team members of any issues.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with the setter for workspace organization.
- Follow company rules and procedures.
- Undergo necessary training.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Work well within a team.
- Be adaptable to changes.
- Complete required training.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or Lead Packer experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computerized recording systems.
- Commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication skills.
