We are looking for Food Production Operatives for one of our clients based in Corby — a well-established food production company specialising in high-volume pastry manufacturing.
As a Food Production Operative, you’ll be working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the smooth running of daily operations. This is a hands-on role involving packing, assisting in production, palletising, and general food handling duties.
The role is physically demanding, so candidates must be fit and prepared for an active shift in a temperature-controlled environment of approximately 12°C.
Key Responsibilities:

Pack products efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Assist in production processes, ensuring smooth workflow

Palletise finished goods and prepare them for dispatch

Handle raw materials and ingredients safely

Follow health and safety and food hygiene procedures at all times

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area
Requirements:

Ideally some experience in food production or warehouse work (but not essential)

Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Panama shift pattern

Days (6:00am – 6:00pm): £12.21 per hour / Overtime £18.32 per hour

Nights (6:00pm – 6:00am): £15.26 per hour / Overtime £22.89 per hour
