Echo Personnel is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing company based in Wellingborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for ongoing work with a well-established employer.

Shift Options

Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay Rates

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM: £12.71 per hour

3:00 PM – 8:00 PM: £12.71 per hour

8:00 PM – 11:00 PM: £14.62 per hour (includes night shift allowance)

Your Duties

Preparing and packing food products

Working on a fast-paced production line

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

Keeping your work area clean and tidy

Following all health & safety procedures

Reliable and punctual

Previous food production experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training is provided!
