ECHO Personnel are seeking a reliable and skilled Counterbalance Drivers to join our clients team in Kettering. The ideal candidates will be responsible for transporting goods and passengers safely and efficiently. This role requires a valid license either inhouse or external.

Duties
- Operate Counterbalance FLT.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and transportation of passengers according to assigned routes.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as necessary.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or delays.
