ECHO Personnel is hiring an FLT Counterbalance Driver for one of our clients based in Corby. Our client is a well-established leader in the plastic recycling and packaging manufacturing industry.
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the site, supporting production operations and maintaining high standards of workplace safety.
Shifts:
PANAMA Shift – 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am, 3 on 2 off
Full rota provided in advance
Pay:
£14.12 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage areas
Move raw materials and finished products across the site
Ensure all loads are secure and handled in line with safety procedures
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance needs
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support operations
Requirements:
Valid and up-to-date Counterbalance FLT licence
Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Strong awareness of health & safety practices
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
