ECHO Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Corby, on a PERMANENT basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication, be a go getter, organised, able to manage their own workload without being prompted and think on their feet!
We are looking for a candidate who has worked in a role where by answering technical questions about products to both B2B and B2C.
Duties
▪️ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
▪️Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.
▪️Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting issues.
▪️Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce.
▪️Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
▪️Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
▪️Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 15:30

💷 Salary: £27,000 – £30,000
