ECHO Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Corby, on a PERMANENT basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role requires strong communication, be a go getter, organised, able to manage their own workload without being prompted and think on their feet!
Duties

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.

Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting issues.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within Salesforce.

Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
