Hours: Mon–Fri, 03:45–13:00 (42.5 hrs)

Pay: £15.51 p/h from 03:45-06:00 and £13.49 p/h from 06:00-13:00

Reports to: Shift Manager

We’re looking for a Cookroom Area Manager to oversee daily operations in the Cook Room, Pastry Room, and De-box Area. You’ll manage a team of around 10 people, support production, maintain quality and safety standards, and work closely with engineers and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee shifts

Supervise and support the team

Manage materials, quality, and production flow

Ensure health & safety compliance
