Production Operators £25k+, Kettering
ECHO Personnel are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Machine/ Production Operators to join one of our clients in Kettering on a PERMANENT contract. The ideal candidates will have experience operating various machinery and possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires a commitment to quality control and safety while ensuring efficient production operations.
A background in packaging is a MUST to be considered for this role.
Duties
Operate and monitor machinery.Perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of product quality.Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment.Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Requirements
Proven experience in a packaging manufacturing facility is a MUST.Valid Counterbalance license is a bonus but not a requirement.Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.We encourage candidates who are passionate about manufacturing and eager to contribute their skills in a collaborative environment. Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm/ Friday – 7am to 1pm.
