ECHO Personnel are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients growing team in Kettering. This is a Temp-Perm position, after completion of your 12 weeks on £25300 you will earn a salary of £28,000, this is a great opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and telemarketing efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, to engage with a diverse client base and foster strong relationships. Proficiency in CRM software is essential for managing customer interactions and tracking sales progress.

Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Utilise the CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions, and report on sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
