Tech Services Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Specialist to join our clients team in Northampton, on a Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background , HACCP certified and be adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective support and guidance, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of our technical offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical support or specialist role, solidly within food.Provide proactive approach to developing the overall Food Safety and BRC (BRCGS).Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.Strong mathematic, written English and IT skills, demonstrable experience of Microsoft applications.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach to learning new technologies and processes.
Location: Northampton
Dayshift Engineer: 8am to 5pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25-30k
