Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

We are recruiting reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a prestigious and well-established company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow and expand. We are looking for practical, hands-on individuals who are happy working in a busy workshop environment and take pride in producing quality work.

The Role

Working as part of a skilled team, you will provide general workshop and production support, assisting with the preparation, assembly and handling of materials and components.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting with general workshop and production duties.
• Supporting skilled Joiners and Welders with day-to-day tasks.
• Measuring, preparing and handling materials.
• Using basic hand tools and workshop equipment.
• Assisting with the assembly and preparation of components.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required standard.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing or general labouring environment would be advantageous.
• Practical, hands-on approach to work.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport or access to a vehicle is essential due to the location.
