Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

We are recruiting skilled and experienced Carpenters to join a prestigious and well-established company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow and expand. We are looking for practical, hands-on individuals who take pride in their workmanship and can produce high-quality work to specification.

The Role

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of carpentry and woodworking tasks, interpreting technical drawings and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out general carpentry and woodworking duties.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Measuring, cutting and preparing materials accurately.
• Assembling and fitting wooden components.
• Using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Checking finished work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Working to production deadlines and required specifications.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Working effectively as part of a skilled team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a carpentry or woodworking role.
• Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experienced in using hand and power tools.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking and committed to producing quality work.
• Own transport or access to a vehicle is essential due to the location.

What’s on Offer?
