Location: Kettering
Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £13.68 after 12 weeks!)
Dayshift | Full-time | Temp to PermECHO Personnel is looking for Sorting Operatives to join our client’s team in Kettering! 
If you’re reliable, hands‑on, and want a role where every donation makes a difference, this could be perfect for you! 
What you’ll be doing:
Sorting and categorizing donated items (clothes, books, shoes, household goods & more) Checking quality, cleanliness & suitability Identifying items for resale, recycling or upcycling Keeping work areas clean, safe & well organized Assisting with deliveries, stock movement & storage Working safely & following manual handling guidelines
What we’re looking for:
Physically fit – able to lift and be on your feet Great attention to detail A positive team player Reliable and safety‑conscious
