Support Worker full & part time

Echo Personnel a looking for Support workers with adult and social care level 3 NVQ and 12 month experience to support a charity based centre supporting young people 1-1 in support homes in and around Hereford and Leominster.

Our client’s goal is to enable young people to fulfil their potential and shape their own futures through therapeutic care, support and education.

This service is based in Hereford,

Shift Pattern:

Full time and Part time hours (shifts available Monday – Sunday) 16:00 – 21:00 or 07:00 – 21:00

20:00 -08:30 + 30 Minutes handover sleep-in can vary

Enhanced Child & Adults DBS on the update service

Car Driver desirable

Previous experience working with young people, homelessness, domestic violence, mental health.

Ability to change the lives of vulnerable young people

Compassionate and dedicated Pay Rate:

Starting £9.31- £10.00 per hour + holiday pay plus Benefits

£45.00 per sleep-in shift… and unsociable allowance.
