We are currently looking for Dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to join our already established and dedicated team in the Echo Healthcare Division.

We are looking for Support works, Carers and Hospital Care Assistants who want to make each day enjoyable for the patients and residents.

Our residents are individuals and they all deserve to be treated as such, however, as a general guide during the day, duties may include some support with personal care needs.

If you have an ability to provide complete, hands-on personal care delivered with compassion and enthusiasm, while contributing positively to people’s physical and emotional wellbeing. You combine a good knowledge of equipment with the talent to put a smile on someone’s face.

Our ideal Healthcare assistant will:

  • Be able to engage and develop positive relationships with residents
    Be reliable, friendly and caring to help our residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
    Be able to support in house activities and hobbies
    Engage with residents and their families to continuously develop care plans
    Be resilient, attentive and ensure our residents are treated with the dignity and care they deserve
