Our Client is looking for an Administrative Specialist, temp to perm after 12 weeks.
To provide a customer-focused administration service on all accounts. Working directly with the client’s customer service team (CST) and warehouse supervisors to achieve delivery targets on orders and per customer requirements. Using tools to source and utilise best rates for suppliers and capture all costs associated with achieving contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA). Updating and distribution of weekly KPIs’ to monitor service performance at the contractual level.
Reporting to the F&A Manager, the Account Administrator has day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
