£12-£17 Healthcare Assistant

Echo Healthcare Services based in Northampton, Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough are always looking to hire talented people that are passionate about supporting the elderly.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be supporting elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly environment. Full-time, part-time, or bank hours will be considered day and/or night shifts are available

The main responsibilities of the job are to support vulnerable adults to live as independent as possible

Experience is not required as full training is provided for Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join it’s Morden spacious care home in Northamptonshire.

Experience desired however, those have passion and flair for care are all you need we will offer full training.

We offer Full-time, part-time, or bank hours, short shifts, long shifts, days and/or night shifts are available.

An NVQ Level 2/3 qualification or previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is desirable but not essential.

The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost, as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 doses of a COVID vaccine to take on a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) role.

Required: driving license, good communication skills and willingness to work flexibly to suit our client’s needs.

Pay: Band 2 HCA

Day and Nights can Vary between 07:00 / 08:00 to 19:00 / 20:00

Days:   £12:00

Nights: £14:00

Weekends: Enhanced Rates £15:00 – £17:00

Part Mileage Paid after the first 10 miles
