About the Role:
ECHO Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and motivated Picking Operative based in Kettering. In this role, you will use RF scanners to pick stock accurately and efficiently, helping the warehouse run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and prepare orders using RF scanners
- Handle, move, and store stock safely, including some heavy lifting
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Support the warehouse team with day-to-day duties
Skills & Experience:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience essential
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual
