We are seeking a reliable Factory Operative/Packer to join our client’s dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing products with care and precision to meet company standards
- Wrapping pallets securely for safe transport
- Inspecting products for quality assurance before dispatch
- Cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and organised environment
- Assisting with other general factory duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory, or packaging environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills, including machine operation
- A positive attitude and team-player mentality
Shifts: 2 Rotating Shifts
Monday – Friday
- 06:00 – 13:30
- 13:30 – 21:00
Pay rate: £16.15/h
