Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

Echo Personnel is recruiting on behalf of our client in Corby for an experienced Wireman to join their growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality electrical assemblies, and want the benefit of an early finish every Friday, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Please note: This role requires previous Wireman or electrical wiring experience. Unfortunately, applications without the relevant experience cannot be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, wiring and assembling electrical systems and control panels.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and wiring schematics.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools to complete electrical assemblies.
- Testing, inspecting and fault-finding electrical wiring where required.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Wireman or in a similar electrical assembly role.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
