We are seeking a diligent and organised Administrator to join our client’s team in Kettering. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations, with a focus on handling communication, processing paperwork for goods in and out, and maintaining an up-to-date customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Salary: £11 per hour (Temp-to-Perm)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to emails professionally.
- Processing goods paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database.
Qualifications:
- Previous admin experience required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
