We are looking for an ADMINSTRATOR to join a well known local company based in Corby.
We are looking for a proficient individual who has experience as an Administrator/ Customer Services and B2B.
Duties will include
- Answering calls and emails in a timely manner
- Keeping records up to date using the companies CRM system
- Typing documents so experience with Word and Excel is a must
- Able to follow instructions
- Scanning, filing and photocopying as and when required
- Display excellent communication, organisational and administration skills
- Be adaptable, confident, professional and well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner
- Covering the Weighbridge office as and when required (training offered)
- Have complete discretion when dealing with confidential information
- Good level of written English
- Flexibility
The hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 with an hours lunch. This is a Temp-Perm role.
