Administrator (Corby)

We are looking for an ADMINSTRATOR to join a well known local company based in Corby.

We are looking for a proficient individual who has experience as an Administrator/ Customer Services and B2B.

Duties will include

  • Answering calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Keeping records up to date using the companies CRM system
  • Typing documents so experience with Word and Excel is a must
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Scanning, filing and photocopying as and when required
  • Display excellent communication, organisational and administration skills
  • Be adaptable, confident, professional and well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner
  • Covering the Weighbridge office as and when required (training offered)
  • Have complete discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Good level of written English
  • Flexibility

The hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 with an hours lunch. This is a Temp-Perm role.
