ECHO Personnel is looking for reliable Chilled Line Pickers to join our client’s team in Corby.
The client is a well-established manufacturing and packaging company with a busy production and warehouse operation. The role will involve line picking in a chilled environment of approximately 6°C.
This is a part-time opportunity, working Fridays and Saturdays. Flexibility is required, as start times can vary between 08:00 and 12:00, with shifts lasting 10–12 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking products from a production line
- Working efficiently in a chilled environment of approximately 6°C
- Checking products for accuracy and quality
- Preparing products for the next stage of production or dispatch
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
- Carrying out general duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous picking, warehouse or production experience is preferred
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
- Flexible with start times
- Available to work both Friday and Saturday
- Able to work efficiently in a busy production environment
Shifts:
Friday & Saturday only
Start times may vary between 08:00 and 12:00
Shifts can be 10–12 hours
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
