ECHO Personnel are looking for motivated Trainee Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team — no experience required! If you have a strong work ethic, a great attitude, and the drive to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about CNC machinery and production tech.

What you’ll be doing:

Learning how to operate CNC milling machines, CNC lathes & press brakes

Helping set up machines based on drawings & instructions

Getting hands-on with real production work

Carrying out checks to make sure everything is spot on

Keeping your workspace tidy & safe

Growing your skills every single day!

What we’re looking for:

Someone eager to learn and build a career in manufacturing

Good practical and basic math skills

Team player with a proactive attitude

Any factory experience is a bonus — not essential!

Shift Pattern:

Week 1 6am – 2pm (Mon–Fri)

Week 2 2pm – 12am (Mon–Thurs)

Pay:

£12.21 per hour.
