Quality Engineer, Kettering
Echo Personnel Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join one of our clients in Burton Latimer on a Permanent Basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance processes, analysing data to identify trends, and ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proven experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or engineering environment.Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and their application in product development.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaboration with various stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when required.

Hours: 06:00 – 16:00
Days: Monday to Thursday
Salary: £36k
