We are looking for experienced MHE Operators (HLOP and/or Paper Clamp) to join a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Kettering.
We welcome applications from candidates who hold either one or both licences, including in-house certification, as full training and development opportunities may be available.
Pay: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on experience and licences held)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MHE equipment including HLOP (High Level Order Picker) and/or Paper Clamp trucks
- Pick, move, and store goods accurately and safely within the warehouse
- Work at height (for HLOP operations) in line with health & safety procedures
- Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and various stock types using clamp attachments where required
- Complete daily equipment checks and report any faults or damages
- Ensure all products are handled carefully to prevent damage
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all site health & safety procedures and operational guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid MHE licence for HLOP and/or Paper Clamp (in-house certificates accepted)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable
- Confident and competent operating MHE equipment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach to work
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 6:00pm
